Best fries and milkshakes. They do what they do best - many love their burgers. Staff here is ok. Not very fast-moving, not as friendly as they used to be, but adequate.

I think my daughter summed it up lol!!!

We tried Five Guys for carry out. We found the food to be greasyand over priced for the quality. We have never gone back so wecannot vouch for any imrovements which may have been made sinceour visit.

This is a good Five Guys location. Food is good quality. Employees are respectful. Most of the time the wait is not bad. On the minus side, some of the employees are not as polite or as competent as I have come to expect for Five Guys.

Manager & Owner Could Be Very Proud Of This Location. Very Well Maintained & Cleaned. Warm Welcoming And Very Comfortable Atmosphere. Workers Work Hard To Get Orders Put In And Put Out Even With A Rush They Get The Jobs Done. Orders Are Correct No Rushing. They Take Their Time. I Love This Location. Unfortunately, I visit once a week because the food is just that delicious. It's like getting a fix everytime I taste their burgers. The employees and manager are very friendly and focused. I wish food were pushed out a tad faster, but I appreciate the quality.

Unclear who is at fault, whether it be DoorDash or FiveGuys. Ordered online for a specific time, food delivered 15min early, with only half the order. When inquiring about the other half of my order I was told that the mishap could be refunded and and reissue the order for delivery for ASAP. That delivery never came. After an hour of waiting for the other half of the order countless attempts to call the store was left ringing with no response. When initially talking to a FiveGuys employee they were unsure of who actually put the food in the bag or how many bags we had for the order after first telling me there was specifically only two bags, backpeddled their story multiple times that made very it clear they had no idea what happened and gave a unconfident repsonse of "we'll put in a new order for delivery for ASAP." Not surpised our "second delivery order" never came. Sick.

I ordered curbside pickup and when I arrived called the number. Someone answered and said my order would be out in a minute. 20 minutes passed and still no order. I called the store and no one is answering now. I had to call corporate and at that point 30 minutes had passed. Needless to say because it was an online order I'm getting a refund. I've been along time customer and will not come here again after this experience.

This five guys had a great staff. Food was good as usual and the employees were friendly.

The staff was very quick and friendly,that's the ONLY reason for 2 stars. The burgers are definitely not as good as they used to be,the prices have shot up,and smaller fries used to be the now large sized for that price. The bathrooms were gross,and dining area definitely needed help!

Can't believe I have not been here before! They are a bit pricey but so well worth it. The energy of the staff was great and they welcomed their guests with a 'come join the fun' attitude. I will be bringing my family next time.

Good sandwichea and efficient service. But sadly there was a mix up with some of the orders and the staff were not sharp enough to catch on.

There is no sense of urgency at this place when they get busy, not even sure if they have managers on duty but they are lacking on that department. good burgers but last time I got my usual 4 burgers for my family couple where cold! Not coming back to this location

The food is pretty good and you have a lot of options for your Hamburger. They're very generous with their portion size are french fries. They have the freestyle Coke product kiosk machine for beverages. But I feel like their prices are too high.

Food was good, staff polite. Took food a while to get done for a second time in a row. App said one time for the order to be finished and it was 25 minutes after that time that I finally had my order. They will continue to get my business but expect delays.

Quality food, somewhat overpriced on the whole. This is a fine location, but my comments are about the chain on the whole. Two small patties and a slice of unidentifiable cheese for $7-$8? A ton of fries for $4? $5 for a smallish shake? In exchange for free peanuts? The perception of better quality is dusting the peanuts and "free" toppings.

Met the expectations of a chain restaurant, it was consistent with other Five Guys

Never been here before, but was a good experience! Love the burger and the milkshake! Quick service, warm staff! Just a point about some stuff storage near to the table the clients was eating, not pretty.

Loved it, great customer service and fairly quick. Ordered medium cajun fries, bacon cheeseburger with toppings of course, real good. Would recommend to others and come again. I'm not from here so this was an enjoyable experience.

I love the Five Guys chain, but I've always had a bad experience at this location. I've tried it three times. The service wasn't great the first two times, but I gave it another try because they're currently offering curbside service. My wife ordered ahead online and our order was scheduled to be ready at 5:15. I called when I got there, and they said that it would be right out. I waited out in my car for 20 minutes before calling to follow up. I tried to call a total of 8 times over the course of the next 25 minutes, and they never picked up the phone. Our kids are too young to wear masks inside or to be left alone in the car, so I couldn't go in to ask someone about the order. 45 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, I left with no answers and with no idea how I was going to get my pre-paid $42 back. I'm glad to see that so many other people have had positive experiences at this location, but this one has been a complete bust for me.

This spot clearly knows how to treat their clients. Constantly with a nice approach. The food is fairly priced, regularly delicious and neat.

Fresh food clean and you can sit down inside little more pricey than most but you get what you pay for

My husband and I ordered Five Guys from the store on Som Center Road in Mayfield Heights, And Of course, the food was amazing. This is definitely our favorite burger place and we have been there before, but the service and food is ALWAYS consistently amazing. Obviously, we will be going back. We have gone there for years. And we are STILL a loyal customer. Their burgers are my favorite of any food chain! Cheers to everyone who works there and thank you for, yet again, an awesome meal.

Elmore, Rolland, Tallulah, Ricardo, and the entire crew were a pleasure to order from.They opened the door for me and were all very kind.Thank you for the delicious food.I highly recommend the mocha milkshake, little cheeseburgers (which are huge), and their Cajun fries. 💯

I love five guys but this locations floors are SO OILY. Every time we come in here our feet literally slide apart just standing on the floor like did they mop with olive oil?? I fell once and my boyfriend almost fell the last time we were in there. Get it together y'all.

They are always friendly and quick (for a 5guys) at this location. I've been there when it's packed and empty and they are always nice and go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your order.

Don’t waste your time with mobile ordering. I came five minutes past the time he was suppose to be ready and they had no knowledge of the order. They had to find it in the system and reprint it and make it. 20 minutes past the expected pick up time I finally got my food....

Staff member was coughing and the rest of the staff just walked out! Told everyone to leave and they are closed

Great burger and fries after being at the hospital all day. Service was quick and the staff was polite and efficient. Appreciate the ability to order it as I like and had a cheeseburger with exactly what I wanted on it; mayo, grilled onions, and ketchup.

They have the most delicious burgers one can imaging. And they make them to the buyer specs. The peanuts are free and fresh. The order vending machines clean and in working order. It is worth to enjoy a caloric challenge here.

The best burgers and fries you can get. They are not cheap but it's worth it. The burgers are juicy and flavorful and the fries are crispy. Once you eat here you will never eat at McDonald's again!

Better than other fast food burgers places. The large french fries is big enough for four people, and the small burger was a good size for me. Love how all the toppings are free of charge. I wish the calories were not so high. Staff very friendly.

I had a bacon cheeseburger with ketchup lettuce pickles tomatoes. It was fresh and delicious. These are the best burgers I have found in a reasonable time frame. They are addicting. So good I wish I worked there. Five Guys Burgers and Fries is an A+ in my book. Would recommend. They have fresh cut fries, fried in 100% peanut oil. Shakes also are available.
